I wonder how many in this "home" have come from being hunted and taken under the Iron God's wing; I wonder if Chennai was among them, too. It sounds like Aza was also young and didn't have anyone. He wasn't raised with the philosophy of the people and their tenets in his heart from a young age, so he struggles more with truly understanding them and feeling their importance. He values them for giving him a home, and being his family, but he thinks in a very different way. I wonder how they go about picking those they hunt--do they already have a promise toward power like Kolo? Or is she a special case? Do they pick outcasts who are more likely to be grateful for belonging? Lots of interesting questions to ask in this chapter.

He's taking it better than I thought. I guess he knows it still counts because they all played an important part in getting Kolo to their place

I wonder if he's going to be mad because it was Chennai who brought Kolo back!
