In the healing Hut. Jason is in his transformed werewolf estate as James stands by his Praying Mantis Chimera.

“Jason.” Asta said

“What are you so mad about?” James said as Jason turned toward him.

As Austin begins to fall. “Ah… Hey!” Asta said as he caught Austin.

Asta held Austin upright, concern etched on his face. "Austin, what's wrong?"

Austin's eyes fluttered open, his gaze hazy. "James...his chimera...it's not just any chimera..."

Jason, still in his werewolf form, took a step closer, his growl low and menacing. "What do you mean, Austin?"

Austin's voice was weak but urgent. "James has been experimenting with dark magic...twisting the natural order. His chimera is a product of that darkness."

James sneered, his eyes gleaming with madness. "You're just now figuring this out? How quaint."

Asta's grip on Austin tightened. "We need to get him out of here, Jason. He's hurt worse than we thought."

As Asta turned to leave, James snarled, "You're not going anywhere!" His chimera, the Praying Mantis, lunged forward, its claws snapping wildly.

Jason transformed further, his werewolf form growing larger and more ferocious. "I'll handle this, dog. Get Austin to safety!"

“Ok! And my name is Asta.” Asta said.

“Asta, I finally know your name.” Jason said.

“Asta, this way.” Lumiya said as she was her wolf pup form.

The battle between Jason and the chimera intensified, the hut shaking from their clashes. Asta swiftly carried Austin away from the chaos, seeking a safe haven to tend to his wounds and unravel the mysteries of James's dark magic.

“Woah! How rude! I was still talking.” James said as Jason attacked the Chimera again, ripping off an arm.

James's eyes widened in outrage as he stumbled backward, his chimera stumbling alongside him. "You'll pay for that, you beast!" he spat, his voice trembling with rage.

Asta and Lumiya, with Austin in tow, made their escape, leaving the hut and its chaos behind. As they emerged into the cool night air, Asta called out, "Lumiya, can you scout ahead and make sure we're not being followed?"

Lumiya yipped and darted off into the darkness, her wolf pup form disappearing into the shadows. Asta followed at a slower pace, carrying Austin with care.

As they put distance between themselves and the hut, Austin's eyes flickered open once more. "Asta...James's dark magic...it's not just the chimera...he's planning something bigger..."

Asta's expression turned grim. "We'll worry about that later, Austin. First, we need to get you healed and safe."

But Austin's words hung in the air, a ominous warning of the dangers yet to come.

“Come on, you!” Asta sees a flashback of Isabelle, dead. “Allura…”

In Asta’s memory. Austin wakes up in a field.

“Where am I?” Austin asked to himself.

“Allura, did they tease you again?” Asta said.

“It’s that boy’s voice.” Austin said.

“This is the appearance that God gave me. It’s not like I can help that my hair is carrot-colored, or that my eyes are the color of weeds.” Allura said.

“I love you no matter what you look like. Cheer up.” Asta said.

“Asta?” Allura called out.

Asta pops out of a patch of grass with a rabbit.

“Thanks, Asta!” Allura said.

However, an explosion occurs. “Allura! What happened, Allura?!” Asta sees Allura on the ground.

“A child got hit by a carriage!” one of the Citizens said.

“This is bad! I saw them chasing after Isabelle!” A woman said.

“I-It’s not our fault! She ran into the street herself!” A boy said.

As Allura’s casket is placed into a hearse. The carriage drives away as Asta chases after it.

“Wait. Wait, please! When is she waking up? I haven’t heard her voice in a long time.” Asta said as Allura’s coffin is buried.

“Allura, Allura! Allura!” Asta said as he sat at the foot of Allura’s grave.

Allura’s Father said. “Asta, Allura is gone.”

“She’s just sleeping.” Asta said.

“We’re going home.” Allura’s father tries to pull Asta away by his collar.

*No… No, Father. I’m waiting here.

She’s going to be lonely if she wakes up alone. Always. Forever.”

In the present. Asta’s tears drop onto Austin’s face as they find themselves back in the present, with Asta still carrying Austin. Lumiya reappears, her wolf pup form padding softly beside them.

"Asta, what happened?" Austin asks, his voice weak but curious.

Asta's expression turns somber. "Just a memory, Austin. Let's focus on getting you healed."

As they journey on, the weight of Asta's past and the danger of James's dark magic loom in the background, waiting to pounce.

"Asta, I'm so sorry. I had no idea you went through that," Austin said, his voice filled with empathy.

Asta's expression remained somber, his eyes still glistening with tears. "It was a long time ago, Austin. Let's just focus on the present."

"But Asta, your past shapes who you are today. We need to understand what drives you," Austin pressed gently.

Asta's gaze drifted off into the distance, his voice barely above a whisper. "I couldn't save Allura. I couldn't protect her. And now...now I'm afraid of losing others I care about."

Lumiya nuzzled Asta's hand, her wolf pup eyes filled with compassion. "Asta, we're here for you. We won't let anything happen to you or Austin."

Asta's eyes snapped back to the present, determination etched on his face. "You're right, Lumiya. We need to keep moving forward. We have a mission to complete."

It's James, the vampire scientist, his eyes gleaming with a mad intensity. "You'll ruin everything! My creation, my masterpiece!"

Jason's gaze flicks to James, his expression twisted in a snarl. "You're the one who's been playing God, James. And now, you'll pay the price."

Just then, Anakin and Blazea approach Jason in their wolf forms sleek and powerful, approaching Jason with a fierce determination in their eyes. They position themselves on either side of Jason, their growls low and menacing, as if to say: "James, you're not going anywhere."

James's eyes dart between the three wolves, his madness-fueled bravery faltering for a moment. But then, his face twists into a snarl, and he spits at Jason's feet. "You're just pawns in the Archon's game, wolves. You'll never stop the true power that's coming."

Jason's claws extend further, his voice a low, ominous growl. "We'll stop you, James. And we'll stop the Archon. You're not the only ones who can play God."

With a swift motion, Jason's claws swipe down, ending the chimera's twisted existence. As the creature dissolves into nothingness, James's face contorts in a mix of rage and despair.

"You fools," he spits, "you'll never stop the Archon's plan! It's already in motion!"

And with that, James vanishes into the shadows, leaving Jason, Anakin, and Blazea to wonder what new horrors lie ahead. The three wolves stand united, their eyes scanning the darkness, ready to face whatever comes next.

“What is the Archon?” Jason said.

“I don't know, Jason.” Anakin said.

Back at the church, Asta had finally taken Austin to safety. Lmuiya was relieved that the danger had passed. Asta took a deep breath and looked around the Church for help.

The heavy wooden doors creaked open, revealing the warm glow of candles and the comforting presence of Father Michael. Asta gently laid Austin on a soft pew, his eyes never leaving the young man's face.

"Father, we need your help," Asta urged, his voice low and serious. "Austin's been through a lot, and we don't know what James is capable of."

Father Michael's expression turned grave, his hands clasped together in concern. "We'll do everything we can to protect him, Asta. But first, we need to understand what we're up against. Tell me, what do you know of James?"

Asta hesitated, his eyes darting to Austin, who was slowly regaining consciousness. "We're not sure, Father, I know I barely know about James."

Father Michael nodded thoughtfully. "I see. Well, let us tend to Austin's wounds and pray for guidance. We will face whatever darkness comes our way, together."
