Welcome to Hztemia! You are a great candidate to be our Filing Clerk. AbHztemia Facility explores the Earth and selects those who have the potential to possess the speciality of humanity. Of course, achieving that requires a lot of hard work and experimenting. Due to the rising number of successful cases or Successors (47), we needed someone to store all our data and check our files, ensuring staff followed the guidelines.

Before we get into the file organization, we will introduce you to the staff members in our facility and describe their tasks and often behaviors. This introduction may give you some heads-up on their style or a forewarning. If the staff are from a different language or region, I will automatically translate it into your selected language.

Observers

Observers go to Earth and select potential Successors. They have the prowess to go anywhere at will. They are not allowed to get involved with the selected’s life.

Gabz Hackle (Male, 34, 1467): he takes a long time to select but thoroughly examines the individual he observes. Gabz goes into lengthy details. His selections are the most successful.
Avia Ramses (Female, 27, 1818): she often picks women and girls as her selectees, sometimes couples. Avia is straightforward in her file section.
Mateo Columbia (Male, 47, 1777): he’s the quickest to select, often picking those with strong physical attributes. Mateo leaves many errors in his file section but still follows the guidelines.
Ofias Nordic (Male, 19, 1555): he likes to choose criminals and has a habit of listing their crimes in detail.
Lei Zoil (Male 53, 1001): he prefers to choose selectees who have recently died, with some observation prior. Not a lot of success with resuscitation.
Enduro Clias (Male, 55, 1955): he likes to select people who survived multiple near-death experiences or Successors' attacks.

Gatherers

Gatherers venture out in Hztemia to collect resources for the experimentation area in progress. There are so many gatherers, and Chrentoro replenishes any resources spent. The Gatherers also have gifts of speed, strength, and items needed to gather resources conveniently. They can collaborate if the resource shares interests. To prevent a lengthy introduction, here are the categories and leaders:

Pailen Zandress (Female, 25, 1000, Division: Beast): Beast Division finds and tracks any beast in Hztemia. Kill any beast on sight.
Nacleo Veiled (Male, 31, 1023, Division: Myth): Myth Division goes to Earth and Hztemia to catch beings that are ‘urban legends’.
Izargoro Tevshiba (Male, 42, 1000, Division: Enchanted): this division goes into the mines to pick out enchanted ore, stones, gems, etc.
Diannelle Freys (Female, 27, 1003, Division: Natural): the group picks natural resources from Earth and Hztemia.
Fazejaz Piohfew (Male, 19, 1004, Division: Artifacts): they search for literature and items (preferably magical) to help the experimenters do their job to create a Successor.

Experimenters

Experimenters are those who work to raise Successors. Their work is the hardest, with so many failures over the years, but it's indeed rewarding when an individual awakes as a Successor. They also work in groups: a Surgeon, a Warper, two Spellcasters, and a Monitor.

Surgeons are the one that adds pieces of the enchanted, beast, myth, and other things together and work on the bodies. Warpers are there to keep the time outside the session slowed because there are times when it takes very, very long to finish the experimentation progress. This helps the selected bodies not die in a coma or old age. There are two Spellcasters. The first one keeps the selected in a comatose state. The second one helps with the Surgeon, using spells to give the selected abilities. This can be a ritual-like process. The Monitor watches the procedure from the observation area or in the room, ensuring nothing goes wrong, and informs the team if the selected’s health deteriorates.

[Magna Team] Opti Lager (Male, 37, 1209, Surgeon), Dufeima Oiro (Male, 56, 1209, Warper), Ersia Falice (Female, 20, 1209, Spellcaster), Zeror Kefta (Male, 23, 1209, Spellcaster), and Tanner Faico (Monitor, 53, 1209, Monitor).
[Plague Team] Talehema Roshi (Female, 34, 1347, Surgeon), Hayelen Crow (Male, 22, 1347, Warper), Eribis Kiras (Male, 19, 1347, Spellcaster), Grayford Smite (Male, 18, 1347, Spellcaster), and Hekla Tentris (Female, 40, 1347, Monitor).

Trainers

Trainers are staff members who assist successors with their powers, finding strengths, weaknesses, and counters. Trainers can be successors themselves, but with some conditions are required.

The file has multiple parts with different collaborators. Besides just filing, you must scan it and make sure every team member has done their part and fulfilled the guidelines.

You must follow a checklist as you review the files about each successor. If the staff from a certain category left some things out on the checklist, please send the file back via email or a rough draft copy with highlighted missed areas.

Observer File Section Checklist:

Observer’s name.
Selected’s name, gender, age, and current year.
Selected’s history. Mainly medical, personality, and occupation.
Appearance. This is because when selected become successors, they may look different afterwards.
Why did they select them.

Experimenter File Section Checklist:

Team name.
Selected’s name.
Resources use.
Time worked on.
Monitor’s notes about the selected. These may be logs.
Successor’s title.

Trainer File Section Checklist:

Trainer name.
Successor’s name, title, category.
Time span of training.
Danger level based on needs and Successor’s behaviour.
Lists of strengths, weaknesses, and counters (things that dispute the weaknesses). A table is recommended.

Lockdown Protocols and Current Time will be added by the administrators of the facility.

What about you? When your tasks are done for the day, you can roam the facility wherever you like, as long as your talisman necklace allows, which has been placed on your desk. If a section is above your access level, the doors on the wall will not appear. You can also go to Earth. Due to passing circumstances, your name is Phoenactyl Saige. You can use your talisman to go in and out of Earth. You can interact with Successors, Trainers, Experimenters, or Observers, but not when they are on the job. You shouldn’t harm or kill any Successor, just like any staff. Failure to comply with any of these rules will lead to termination of your occupation.
